To register under the Fellow or Resident category, first email delegate@aaamed.org and include certified proof of your current Fellowship or Residency.
Upon approval, you will receive a promotion code. Approval is strictly at the organizer's discretion.
Should you require an invitation letter for visa purposes to travel to the USA for the 22nd AAAM Congress, Pre-Congress Training Workshops or Pre-Congress Courses, you must first register as a delegate.
Invitation letters are provided only to paid delegates and accompanying persons. If your visa is not provided, AAAM will refund your payment less a 5% administration fee.

Cancellations for Pre-Congress Courses, Pre-Congress Workshops, the 22nd Congress and Course/Workshop/Congress packages must be sent in writing to info@aaamed.org. Cancellations will be processed after written request and provided within 10 business days after the conclusion of the Congress.
22nd Congress, Pre-Congress Workshops and Combination Packages
Pre-Congress Board Certification Courses
For cancellations before October 23, 2026, a USD 250 charge applies. No refunds are provided after October 23, 2026.
Fees for pre-congress events and/or the 22nd Congress may be forfeited in accordance with the applicable cancellation conditions above.
The 22nd Congress will be conducted in English. Translation services will not be available.
Pre-Congress workshops and certification courses: Certificates will be handed out on the final day of the workshop or Board Certification Course when the delegate registered by November 1, 2026.
For registrations after November 1, the course certificate will be mailed by postal mail within two weeks after the course or workshop. AAAM does not provide soft-copy certificates by email.
Congress: Delegates can print their 22nd Congress attendance certificate and CME certificate after completing the feedback form. The online feedback-form link will be sent by email on November 15, 2026.
