The day of:
We will provide transportation from the center of Brussels. A bus will meet everyone at the Meridien Hotel near the Grand Place, across from the central train station (do not confuse with the Midi station where you may have arrived). It will take you to the church, then Reception/Dinner/Party and then back (shuttles throughout the evening and early morning hours).
The meeting time at the Meridien Hotel, is 11.15 AM. The bus will leave at 11.30am SHARP. Be there OR BE SQUARE! The address is: Meridien Hotel, Carrefour de l'Europe 3 Brussels, 1000 · Belgium. Look for a big red London-style double decker bus.
If you miss it, you will have to figure out how to get to the church (a 45 min drive) yourself. The church is called Eglise Ste Catherine, Place Ste Catherine, at Plancenoit.
The schedule of events will be as follows:
11:30 AM (firm) – bus leaves from Meridien
Church ceremony: 1-2PM
Cocktail: 3-5 PM
Dinner: 6-9.30PM
Dance: 9.30PM-?
Shuttle service back to the center of Brussels will be available until approximately 2.30AM, but if you wish to stay longer, let us know and we will arrange something easily.
